Conceived as a contemporary workplace shaped by light, materiality and connection, this office interior reimagines a compact ground-floor tenancy as a space with a strong architectural identity. The design embraces the relationship between the workplace and the city bringing natural light, street views and carefully considered details together to create an environment that feels open, refined and distinctly connected to its surroundings.
Full-height glazing along the Bay Street façade maximises natural light and visual connection, while the redesigned bolted logo façade establishes a bold yet understated presence at street level. Inside, a cohesive material palette balances the rawness of rendered walls and ceilings with warm brown joinery and crisp matte-black detailing. Linear LED lighting echoes the rhythm of the slender black mullions, adding a layer of precision and sophistication.
The result is a workspace where function and character are seamlessly intertwined, a considered interior that draws on its industrial qualities while using light, material and detail to create a contemporary and inviting workplace.
