The design of FORM 621 is a modern reinterpretation of a Pakistani fast-food restaurant, combining bold orange tones, warm timber, patterned tiles, and scalloped arches to create a vibrant and welcoming identity. The arched forms and traditional tile patterns subtly reference Pakistani architectural and cultural elements, while the warm pendant lights and textured ceiling elements create an inviting atmosphere within the food-court setting. The open-service counter creates a connection between customers and the kitchen, while the flip benchtop improves staff circulation and facilitates efficient takeaway and delivery. Despite the compact footprint, the back-of-house kitchen is organized for efficient workflow, with adequate equipment and circulation space.
